Rules governing the use of REDFINFRAUD's supply chain risk management platform and vendor due diligence services under ICPC compliance guidelines.
REDFINFRAUD provides B2B logistics vendor due diligence and corporate counterparty verification services. These services are designed to assist clients in assessing compliance with the Independent Corrupt Practices Commission (ICPC) guidelines. The platform does not offer consumer personal finance monitoring or bank fraud detection.
Clients must provide accurate and complete information about their business and counterparties. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. REDFINFRAUD reserves the right to suspend access if false or misleading data is submitted.
REDFINFRAUD performs verification based on publicly available records and client-provided documents. The platform does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of third-party data. Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination may occur if a client violates ICPC compliance standards or provides fraudulent documentation. Upon termination, access to the platform is revoked and data is retained per legal obligations.
REDFINFRAUD may update these terms to reflect regulatory changes or service improvements. Clients will be notified via email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
